1. Description:
Vertical injection molding machines, despite being oriented to operate on the vertical axis, perform the same tasks as conventional horizontal machines. This machine is available in hydraulic, electric, and hybrid configurations to meet a wide range of customer requirements. Vertical injection molding machines take up very little floor space due to their orientation. (A 360-degree view is available in this video). Vertical injection molding machines are ideal for insert molding applications. Components can be easily loaded into the mold and held in place by gravity prior to overmolding. Vertical injection molding machines frequently include a shuttle or rotary table to allow loading and demolding to occur during the machine's cycle time. (See examples below).
